Here at North Morley we say Bullying No Way! On Friday 17 March we recognise this day of action against bullying and violence.
NAPLAN
NAPLAN for students in Years 3 and 5 will be taking place between Wednesday 15 March and Monday 27 March. NAPLAN is an annual assessment for all students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9. It tests skills that are essential for every child to progress through school and life. The tests cover skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation, and numeracy.
Friday 24 March
This is a busy and exciting day on the North Morley calendar. We celebrate the diverse culture in our school community with Harmony Day. Students are encouraged to wear their cultural dress OR the colour orange. We kick start the day with National Ride2School Day. We encourage students to wheel or roll to school. Dress your bike up in the theme of Harmony Day.
Swimming Lessons
Permission forms for Interim Swimming Lessons have been sent home with students. Please return your child’s completed forms along with payment no later than Tuesday 21 March.

Cupcake fundraiser
Please support two of our students, Kai and Zelal, in their efforts to raise much needed funds for those affected by the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria. Students will be able to purchase a cupcake for $2.00 during recess on Monday 20 March. If you are able to donate cupcakes for the sale please drop them to the office on Monday morning. Please ensure they are nut free.
