Education Assistant Appreciation Week

This week is Education Assistant Appreciation Week. Our education assistants work hard each and every day to support the teachers and help our student grow and thrive.  Thank you for all the wonderful things you do to support our school. We couldn’t do it without you.

Jumps and Throws

The Jumps and Throws finalist kicked off carnival week with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship!
Congratulations to all the participants!

A special mention goes to the following record breaking students:

Kaylene – Year 4 Girls Long Jump – 3.30m (beat the previous record of 3.18m)
Toby – Year 4 Boys Long Throw – 24.25m (beat the previous record of 19.20m)


Below are the results as they stand at the end of Mondays events. The points earned at this coming Faction Carnival will be added for this year’s overall results.

Spelling Bee/Speaking Comp

And that is a wrap for another exciting year of speaking and spelling competitions. Well done to all of the students for having a go!


This year’s Edu Dance concert will be held on Tuesday 13 September from 1:50pm in the Arts Centre.

Teachers will notify students/families about costume requirements.

Families are encouraged to attend.
